How many deletion/duplication syndromes are detected in the SANCO Test?

On the "TEST RANGE" page, you can find several examples of common and known deletion syndromes, such as 1p36 deletion, Cri-du-chat syndrome (5p), 12p duplication, 16p11.2-p12.2 deletion, Pallister-Killian syndrome (12p isochromosome), 16p11.2-p12.2 duplication, cat eye syndrome (22pter-22q11 tetrasomy), 2q33.1 deletion. SANCO Test has the potential to "catch" any defect, both deletion and duplication larger than7 million letters of DNA. There are an infinite number of such possible conditions! By browsing only one database  (Decipher v11.2), there are over 430 different aberrations possible to be detected in SANCO and thousands of described patients.
